I’ve always believed there is no such thing as “pure IT.” Information technology is, by definition, an applied discipline. I learned this after receiving my Master’s in Robotics and spending several years as an Assistant Instructor in Computer Science. I quickly realized that an academic career wasn’t my cup of tea, and changed course into the rough seas of the IT world.

In 2014, United Parts of Chicago began its operations. What started as a personal desire to do more in less time has grown into a team-driven business dedicated to the idea that business efficiency should be absolute—or at least approach absolute efficiency asymptotically. When Zoho emerged as a major player in the CRM market, I saw a tool that could finally match our approach. After a series of successful Zoho One implementations, United Parts of Chicago became an Authorized Zoho Partner in 2017. Time flies, we’re an Advanced Zoho Partner now: welcome aboard!
