Why Many Zoho Implementations Go Wrong
There are two common paths to a Zoho implementation, and both have the same failure mode.
The first is DIY. You sign up for Zoho One, configure CRM, and things look promising — until you need automations between apps, data migration, or custom logic the default settings don’t support.
The second is hiring a consultant who bills by the hour. The scope grows, the estimate becomes a floor, and the incentive structure is misaligned: the longer it takes, the more they earn.
We chose a third path. Our Zoho implementation process starts with a discovery phase — before the Statement of Work, before any billing begins.
This phase eliminates the unknowns that cause scope creep. The result is a detailed SoW with a fixed budget per sprint. If something takes us longer than we estimated, that’s our problem, not yours.

What Doesn't Affect the Budget
- The number of questions you ask during discovery. These are part of how we work — they don’t increase the price.

By fully leveraging Zoho, we engage in the same experience as our customers, which allows us to effectively communicate our needs, report any bugs, and share customer feedback directly with the Zoho development teams. If you’re walking your customers’ shoes daily, you automatically provide better service for your clientele.
There are a few specific areas where Zoho doesn’t provide solutions; in such cases, we turn to other excellent software options.
