United Parts of Chicago Privacy Policy

Protecting your private information is our priority. This Statement of Privacy applies to:

…and governs data collection and usage by United Parts of Chicago, LLC ("we," "us," "our"). For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, references to United Parts of Chicago, LLC include all of the above. The United Parts of Chicago, LLC website and Zoho Advisor AI are business information and consultation tools. By using our websites, the AI consultation tool, or any of our social media pages and resources, you consent to our privacy principles described in this statement.

Collection of your Personal Information

In order to better provide you with products and services offered on our Site, United Parts of Chicago, LLC may collect personally identifiable information, such as your:

  • First and Last Name
  • E-mail Address
  • Phone Number
  • Company Name
  • Zoho Subscriptions that are made through our website by following our official referral links to the appropriate Zoho products listed on zoho.com website. These referral links are provided by Zoho for all their Partners.

If you have registered a Zoho Account through United Parts of Chicago, LLC, Zoho shares your subscription information with us in accordance to the agreement between Zoho and United Parts of Chicago, LLC.

Through the Zoho Advisor AI consultation tool at https://appvisor.ai, we additionally collect:

  • Conversation content — the messages you send and the AI's responses, retained to provide a continuous consultation experience and to inform our consultants if you request a discovery call. Conversations are stored in our database.
  • Business context you share during a session — your industry, role, company size, current tools, pain points, and any other information you voluntarily provide.
  • Session metadata — your IP address, approximate geographic location (city / region / country), browser type and user-agent string, message count, and session duration. This metadata is captured automatically for analytics, fraud prevention, and rate-limiting purposes.
  • Identification information from voluntary forms — name and email address if you choose to download a session PDF or submit a consultation request.

United Parts of Chicago, LLC may also collect anonymous demographic information, which is not unique to you, such as your:

  • Age
  • Gender
  • any other information, accessible for Google Analytics and Google Search Console web services in accordance with their Privacy Policy.

We do not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us or it is generated automatically through your use of the Site or the Zoho Advisor AI tool. However, you may be required to provide certain personal information to us when you elect to use certain products or services available on the Site. These may include: (a) registering for an account on our Site; (b) entering a sweepstakes or contest sponsored by us or one of our partners; (c) signing up for special offers from selected third parties; (d) sending us an email message; (e) submitting your credit card or other payment information when ordering and purchasing products and services on our Site; (f) initiating a conversation with the Zoho Advisor AI tool. To wit, we will use your information for, but not limited to, communicating with you in relation to services and/or products you have requested from us. We also may gather additional personal or non-personal information in the future.

Use of your Personal Information

United Parts of Chicago, LLC collects and uses your personal information to operate its website(s), the Zoho Advisor AI consultation tool, and other online platforms, and to deliver the services you have requested.

United Parts of Chicago, LLC may also use your personally identifiable information to inform you of other products or services available from United Parts of Chicago, LLC and its partners and affiliates.

To enhance our services and your user experience, United Parts of Chicago, LLC uses third-party artificial intelligence (AI) platforms to process and analyze the data we collect. These include:

  • Anthropic Claude — the large language model that powers the Zoho Advisor AI conversation, hosted by Anthropic, PBC. Your conversation messages are sent to Anthropic for the sole purpose of generating real-time responses during your consultation. Anthropic's privacy policy is available at https://www.anthropic.com/privacy. Anthropic processes input as a service provider and does not use submitted content to train its general-purpose models per Anthropic's published commercial terms.
  • Voyage AI — semantic embedding service used to retrieve relevant knowledge-base passages when generating consultation responses. Voyage AI receives the user query and selected knowledge-base passages; it does not receive the broader conversation history.
  • Gemini AI, Zia AI, and Grok AI — third-party AI platforms used for service improvement, content personalization, statistical analysis, and business-insight generation.

This processing is for purposes such as: providing real-time AI consultation responses, generating session summaries and lead-quality classifications, anonymizing past conversations to improve future recommendations, improving our services, personalizing content, performing statistical analysis, and generating business insights.

Conversation Data and AI Consultation

When you use the Zoho Advisor AI tool at https://appvisor.ai, the following additional terms apply to your conversation data:

  • Storage. Conversation transcripts and associated session metadata are stored in our private, access-controlled database on infrastructure we operate.
  • Anonymization. Past conversations are anonymized — names, email addresses, company names, phone numbers, and other personally identifying details are removed — before being used to inform future AI recommendations or to generate aggregate analytics. The anonymization is performed by an automated process designed to strip identifying tokens.
  • Sharing with our consultants. If you request a discovery call, submit a contact form, or escalate to a live chat with a certified Zoho consultant via the in-product handoff, the full transcript of your session will be visible to our consulting team to provide informed follow-up.
  • Retention. Identified (non-anonymized) conversation data is retained for as long as is necessary to fulfill the consultation purpose or as required by applicable law. Anonymized conversation data may be retained indefinitely for service-improvement purposes.
  • Deletion. You may request deletion of your conversation data by contacting us at [email protected]. See the "Your California Privacy Rights" section below for additional rights.

Zoho SalesIQ is operated by Zoho Corporation under its own privacy policy.
