Zoho has been our book keeping system ever since I joined the company and we have been very happy with the ease of use and features it offers. This year we added two more licences and it has been very helpful in keeping track of customers and projects. This was also the first year that we began using the CRM feature and it has been very useful. I also like how I am able to see the reports for sales by sales person because it helps me track the progress of my sales team.
