How We Work: Our Guiding Principles as a Zoho Partner

These are not aspirational values on a poster. They are the rules we actually operate by — the ones that shape every discovery call, every implementation, and every support ticket. If you are evaluating us as a potential Zoho partner, this page will tell you more about working with us than any meeting could.

1. Step By Step

We believe that the best approach is a thoughtful one. 

2. Service is Everything

We treat each customer’s project as if it were our own. Having all positive reviews in our Zoho Partner profile and zero escalations ever, we are working hard to keep it that way for years to come.

3. Words Matter

We don’t speak sales; we speak business. There’s no synergy, leveraging, circling back, operationalizing, and we don’t deep-dive. 

4. No Lock-in Contracts

Situations are changing, and so should your relationship with your service provider. Lock-in contracts are evil; a happy customer doesn’t need to be locked in. An unhappy customer isn’t our customer.

5. No Hourly Rate

We believe that the software implementation is a non-quantifiable process. It’s the value of the work that dictates the price, not the time spent. The only service we offer on an hourly basis is remote consulting.

6. No Reinvention of the Wheel

If there is a solution that can be re-used, we will use it instead of making our own, thus saving our time for doing something new.

7. No Outsourcing

We don’t resell our projects and don’t use a cheap offshore workforce. You are dealing with the same people you met during the discovery phase. There is no handoff to an offshore team after the sale.
