I’ve always believed there is no such thing as “pure IT.” Information technology is an applied discipline by definition. I realized this after receiving my Master’s in Robotics and spending several years as an Assistant Instructor in Computer Science. I decided an academic career was not my cup of tea, and I changed course into the rough seas of the IT business.

Since transitioning from the educational field, I have dedicated myself to my core passion: doing more in less time. The answer is, of course, “through business automation.” I started my first digital agency in 2004, which I’m proud to say my former colleagues still operate successfully. In 2014, my entrepreneurial journey continued with the founding of United Parts of Chicago.

With the emergence of Zoho as a prominent player in the competitive CRM market, I eagerly tested its potential. The platform immediately captured my attention. In 2017, after several successful implementations (particularly with Zoho One), United Parts of Chicago became an Authorized Zoho Partner. We have since transformed how many businesses operate by streamlining their processes and eliminating the need for manual data entry and human memory. Today, in 2025, as an Advanced Zoho Partner, I am committed to helping businesses unlock their full potential.

My academic background still haunts me equips me to provide fast and effective training for your employees, ensuring they acquire skills efficiently. As a fellow business owner, I understand the challenges and aspirations of entrepreneurs.
