How does Zoho Shared Mailbox work?

The main benefit of Zoho Shared Mailbox is that when emails are sent to a group email address, the user’s inbox is not flooded with emails. When the Shared Mailbox feature is enabled, multiple users from the organization can access the same group of emails: view, comment, and tag as important. Adding the user to the shared mailbox group is not mandatory: a non-group member can be invited as a guest to comment on a particular email.

Can I migrate from Google Workspace to Zoho Mail?

Yes, all your email data, calendars, and contacts can be easily migrated to Zoho Mail. You may choose to transfer only specific folders or emails from a specific date range. Please note that all the respective user accounts need to be created in Zoho Mail before initiating the migration.
