About Zoho Partners

In this context, “Advanced” is just the name of the Partner’s tier. As for 2025, Zoho Corporation maintain three tiers for Zoho Partners:

1. Authorized Zoho Partners (lowest)
2. Advanced Zoho Partners
3. Premier Zoho Partners (highest)

Contrary to popular belief, the tier does not directly depend on the number of the Zoho Partner’s customers or the amount of sales. To evaluate us, the Partners, Zoho utilizes a smart, holistic evaluation process that includes many criteria (which we can’t disclose here due to the NDA and common sense, so IYKYK.) In other words, money can’t buy a tier.

All Zoho Partners have similar responsibilities, like releasing case studies, submitting projects to Zoho, maintaining a reasonable customer retention rate, passing the paid certifications run by the Zoho Certification team, and many more. Therefore, our status directly depends on our success among our customers—and on our customers’ success; we are literally in the same boat here.

Zoho User Group (Chicago ZUG) holds regular meetings for users and local Zoho partners, organized by Zoho representatives. As a Zoho Advanced Partner in Illinois, we actively participate in these events. Each meeting has an agenda, and specific topics are covered.
