Q: How does Zoho Shared Mailbox work?

The main benefit of Zoho Shared Mailbox is that when emails are sent to a group email address, the user’s inbox is not flooded with emails. When the Shared Mailbox feature is enabled, multiple users from the organization can access the same group of emails: view, comment, and tag as important. Adding the user to the shared mailbox group is not mandatory: a non-group member can be invited as a guest to comment on a particular email.
