Zoho Audit

Find Out What's Working, What Isn't, and What to Fix

You’re paying for the Zoho platform. Your team is using it — at least some of the time. But something feels off. Data you don’t trust, automations that aren’t firing, features you paid for that nobody uses. Our Zoho Audit gives you a clear, expert view of what’s working, what isn’t, and exactly what to fix — delivered as a written report with a prioritized roadmap.

What We Review

What the Zoho Audit Covers

We review your Zoho platform the way an accountant reviews your books — methodically, with no assumptions carried over from whoever set it up. We review all six areas as standard; however, every Zoho instance is unique, as well as the business it serves. You are welcome to define the audit’s scope as you see fit.

Configuration and architecture

Are the right Zoho apps activated? Are modules, fields, and layouts structured to match your actual business processes — or was the setup left at defaults?

Automations and workflows

Workflow rules, blueprints, Zoho Flow connections, scheduled functions, and custom Deluge scripts. We check what's running, what's broken, what's redundant, and what's missing.

Data integrity

Duplicate records, orphaned entries, broken lookups, inconsistent naming conventions, and data that's technically present but practically unusable.

Integrations

Third-party connections (WooCommerce, QuickBooks, Twilio, custom APIs) and native integrations. Are they syncing correctly? Are error logs being monitored?

User adoption and permissions

Who's actually using the system? Which features are licensed but untouched? Are permission profiles appropriate, or does everyone have admin access?

Security and compliance

MFA status, password policies, data sharing rules, audit trails, and privacy considerations where applicable.

We are very motivated to get the audit right: most of the time, we are the ones dealing with its results, fixing issues or making improvements as requested.

The Deliverable

What You Get: A Written Report with a Prioritized Roadmap

The Zoho Audit is not a phone call with verbal suggestions. It’s a structured, written deliverable in PDF format. The report’s structure will be tailored to your situation, but typically includes:

1

Findings by area

Each reviewed area gets a clear status: working as expected, needs attention, or broken.

2

Prioritized action plan

Not a list of everything wrong, but a sequenced roadmap: what to fix first, what can wait, and what doesn't need fixing at all.

3

Effort estimates

For each recommended fix, we indicate whether it's a quick configuration change, a moderate project, or a significant rebuild. This helps you budget the next step — whether you do it yourself, hire us, or bring in another partner.

4

Executive summary

A concise overview you can share with your team or leadership without requiring them to read the full technical detail.

Is This You?

Signs You Need a Zoho Audit

The Zoho Audit is not a phone call with verbal suggestions. It’s a structured, written deliverable in PDF format. The report’s structure will be tailored to your situation, but typically includes:

Your team doesn't trust the data.

Deals in CRM don't match invoices in Books. Reports show numbers nobody believes. People maintain their own spreadsheets "just in case."

Automations stopped working — or never started.

Workflow rules that fired reliably six months ago now silently fail. Or worse, you're not sure what's automated and what isn't.

You inherited someone else's setup.

A previous employee, freelancer, or Zoho Partner configured Zoho and left. Nobody fully understands what was built, how, and why.

You're paying for features nobody uses.

You're on Zoho One with 45+ apps available, but your team uses three. The rest sit idle — not because they're unnecessary, but because nobody set them up.

You're about to invest in a major expansion.

Before adding new apps, integrations, or users, you want to make sure the foundation is solid. An audit before a build is cheaper than a rebuild after.

If any of these sound familiar, the audit will give you clarity. If none of them do, you probably don't need one — and we're happy to tell you that on a free Clarity Call.

How the Audit Works

How the Zoho Audit Works

This is not a ‘let me hop on a Zoom Zoho Meeting and look at your CRM‘ kind of review. A proper audit requires admin-level access, a signed agreement, and methodical review time. Here’s how it works:
1

You buy the audit or book a Clarity Call

The audit is a fixed-price service at $500. You can purchase it directly or book a free Clarity Call first if you want to discuss your situation before committing.

2

We sign an Audit Agreement

Admin access is required to review your configurations, automations, workflows, and permission profiles — areas that aren't visible to standard user roles. Because admin access in Zoho grants full read/write visibility into your organization (there is no "read-only admin" entity in Zoho applications), we execute a short, purpose-built Audit Agreement before any access is granted. It defines the audit scope, our liability coverage, data handling obligations, and the access revocation timeline. We sign it via Zoho Sign.

Yes, we do require a signed agreement even for a $500 audit — because your Zoho organization contains your business data, and we take that seriously. Our business insurance requires that, too.
3

You grant admin access

Once the Audit Agreement is signed, you add our auditor as an admin user in your Zoho organization. We commit to not modifying your live system during the audit. Access is revoked upon delivery of the report.

4

We deliver the written report

Within 5–7 business days, you receive the full audit report in PDF format: findings by area, prioritized action plan, effort estimates, and an executive summary.

5

You decide what's next

Some clients act on the report themselves. Others move into a consulting engagement or an implementation project with us. If you proceed within 60 days, the $500 audit fee is credited toward the project budget. There's no obligation either way — the report is yours to use however you see fit.

Frequently Asked Questions

Zoho Audit FAQ

Can the Audit Fee Be Credited Toward an Implementation Project?

Absolutely. If you proceed with a Zoho consulting or implementation engagement with us within 60 days of the audit delivery, the $500 audit fee is credited toward the project budget.

Does the $500 Include Fixing What You Find?

No. The Zoho Audit is a diagnostic service — you receive a written report with findings and a prioritized roadmap. Fixes are separate and can be scoped as a consulting or implementation engagement if you choose to work with us. You’re free to act on the report independently or with another Zoho Partner.

What If I Already Know What’s Wrong?

Then you probably don’t need an audit — you need consulting (if you need help deciding what to do) or implementation (if you know what to build). The audit is for situations where you don’t have a clear picture yet.

How Long Does the Zoho Audit Take?

Usually  it’s 5–7 business days from the time we receive access. Complex organizations with many custom integrations may take slightly longer — we’ll let you know upfront.

What Do I Need to Provide for the Audit?

Two things: a signed Audit Agreement and admin access to your Zoho organization. The Audit Agreement is a short, purpose-built document that defines the audit scope, liability coverage, data handling, and access revocation terms — we sign it via Zoho Sign before any access is granted. We follow our published data retention policy and commit to not modifying your live system.
