About Us: United Parts of Chicago,
a Zoho Advanced Partner
Established in 2014, United Parts of Chicago, LLC is an Advanced Zoho Partner and an MSP in the Chicago metropolitan area. We’re a U.S.-based team of certified Zoho consultants working from Deerfield, IL, and Merrimack, NH. In 2025, we added a hire from Toronto, ON, to set an on-site presence in the Canadian market.
We hold multiple official certifications from Zoho, including Certified Zoho CRM Administrators, Certified Zoho Flow Administrators, as well as certifications in Zoho Mail, Zoho Social, and other Zoho One applications.

Why "United Parts of Chicago?"
In 2014, we didn’t place much emphasis on branding. Our brand name came about by chance during a casual (and perhaps not-so-bright) brainstorming session. We aimed to convey themes of unity and collaboration with the word “United,” while also highlighting our local identity—Deerfield is a northern suburb of Chicago, which allows us to be recognized as “somewhere in Chicago” for those outside the Greater Chicago area. Additionally, we wanted to capture the essence of the different neighborhoods in Chicagoland. We have kept this name ever since and are happy with it just the way it is.
