Guide to creating and handling offline subscriptions in Zoho Billing. In this video, the Zoho Billing team covers the basics for manual management. In a few words:
- Go to the Zoho Billing > Invoices tab and select the invoice for whom payment has to be recorded.
- Click on Record Payment dropdown and select the Record Payment option.
- Enter the amount received, payment date and choose an appropriate payment mode.
- Add notes to the payment if needed. Click Save.
