I like to have everything in order! After graduating from the College of Lake County in 2020 with an Associate of Science in Network Administration and Cybersecurity (with a bit of Cisco networking), I gained hands‑on experience in the cybersecurity field at my alma mater, where I served as a Cybersecurity Analyst. This role strengthened my natural inclination to security protocols, standards, and network protection. I also worked as a Cybersecurity Compliance Intern at Gather Voices, where I contributed to preparing for ISO/IEC 27001 certification.

Since 2020, I have been an Account Coordinator at United Parts of Chicago, where I combine my CS background with client‑focused operational support to line all the ducks as much as I can. As a Zoho Certified Consultant, I look forward to expanding my professional skill set through ongoing education and holding multiple Zoho certifications, including Zoho Vault and Zoho Expense, because here at United Parts, we’re wearing many hats.
