My journey in IT began in high school, where I learned my first programming language, Python. I later studied Software Development at Seneca Polytechnic, where I built a strong foundation in programming and software development principles. During my co-op term in 2024, I joined United Parts of Chicago and have continued working there since.
I enjoy working in IT because it gives me the opportunity to constantly learn and explore new things. The industry — and the Zoho ecosystem — is broad and fast-changing, which keeps the work interesting. I also have a creative side (I even have an art school diploma), and I think it really helps in my work. I tend to look at problems from different angles, combining creative thinking with a structured approach and attention to detail to come up with solutions that actually make sense.
