Zoho Audit Service FAQ

How Soon Can We Get Started?

Once payment is received you’ll get a welcome email with a booking link to schedule your audit session at a time that works for you. Most clients schedule within the first week.

Is $500 the Full Price?

Yes. The audit session, written report, action plan, and debrief call are all included. No add-ons, no hourly overages, no surprises.

What Happens After the Debrief Call?

That’s entirely up to you. The report and roadmap are yours;  act on them internally, bring in another Zoho Partner, or work with us. There’s no obligation to continue with us after the audit. If you do want us to execute the recommendations, we scope that as a separate engagement with a fixed budget.

What Do We Receive After the Session?

A written findings report (a PDF file) covering every app reviewed, plus a prioritized action plan ranking what to address first and why. Both are delivered before the debrief call so you have time to read through them.

How Long Does the Audit Session Take?

Typically 60 to 90 minutes, depending on how many apps you’re running and how complex your setup is. We’ll confirm the expected duration after reviewing your intake form. If we need more time, we won’t cut you off regardless of the proposed timing.

Do You Need Access to Our Zoho Account?

No. The audit is conducted as a guided screen-share session. You show us your environment during the meeting. We observe and ask questions; the session will be recorded. No credentials, no account access, no agreements, no third-party data handling required.

What Does the Zoho Audit Actually Cover?
We review every active Zoho application you’re currently using — configuration, automations, integrations, cross-app connectivity, and user adoption. The session is guided by you: you share your screen, walk us through your setup, and we ask questions as we go. After the session, we prepare the findings independently. It is not a replacement for a full-scale discovery phase, but a good initial assessment; in the simpler use cases, the audit alone might be enough to plan the actions and define budgets.
