Absolutely. If you proceed with a Zoho consulting or implementation engagement with us within 60 days of the audit delivery, the $500 audit fee is credited toward the project budget.
No. The Zoho Audit is a diagnostic service — you receive a written report with findings and a prioritized roadmap. Fixes are separate and can be scoped as a consulting or implementation engagement if you choose to work with us. You’re free to act on the report independently or with another Zoho Partner.
Then you probably don’t need an audit — you need consulting (if you need help deciding what to do) or implementation (if you know what to build). The audit is for situations where you don’t have a clear picture yet.
Usually it’s 5–7 business days from the time we receive access. Complex organizations with many custom integrations may take slightly longer — we’ll let you know upfront.
Two things: a signed Audit Agreement and admin access to your Zoho organization. The Audit Agreement is a short, purpose-built document that defines the audit scope, liability coverage, data handling, and access revocation terms — we sign it via Zoho Sign before any access is granted. We follow our published data retention policy and commit to not modifying your live system.
