Building a solid CRM dashboard involves planning key metrics, choosing appropriate visualizations, and leveraging customization tools for real-time insights. A well-structured dashboard allows for quick identification of trends, tracking KPIs, and measuring team performance, typically organized into components like charts, funnels, and target meters.

For the 2026 Q2 in-person meetups, the Zoho User Group will meet to discuss how we can build an insightful dashboard in Zoho CRM.
