For more involved engagements, we structure a paid discovery sprint that always comes first, with a defined scope and fixed cost before any work begins. We don’t bill open-ended hourly consulting fees. Where the scope can be defined, we fix the budget. Where it can’t, we tell you that upfront.

What's the difference between Zoho consulting and Zoho implementation?

Zoho Consulting service is about figuring out what you need and whether it makes sense in the context of Zoho platform. Zoho implementation is about building it. Consulting happens before — or instead of — implementation. If you already know what you want built and have a defined scope, you’re probably looking for implementation. If you’re still working out what Zoho products fit your business, why your current setup isn’t delivering, or how to structure a new process in Zoho, that’s consulting. In practice, most larger projects start with a consulting engagement that leads into implementation once the right solution is defined.
