If you have hundreds of the new leads from the third party source, where should you import them? Think twice.
Zoho Campaigns is Zoho’s dedicated email marketing automation platform and is hugely popular, competing with Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Constant Contact, and HubSpot. While Zoho CRM is also capable of sending mass emails, it’s not a CRM job: Zoho CRM’s abilities to send mass emails are meager compared to Zoho Campaigns (2000 emails/day, even for the Zoho CRM Ultimate edition).
Zoho Campaigns is one of the Zoho One applications, included in the CRM Plus bundle (and Marketing Plus), and can be purchased separately. It also has a free version for entry-level users with smaller subscriber lists.
