Zoho CRM Activities Module Retiring December 1, 2023

Effective December 1, 2023, Zoho CRM will deprecate the Activities module. However, users can continue to view and work with their Activity records through the existing individual modules—Tasks, Meetings, and Calls—even after the Activity tab’s deprecation.
